No. The letter is a personal reflection aid. It can explain connections, sort your thoughts and offer prompts for your next step. It does not replace a longer counselling process, psychotherapy or crisis support.
Do I need the Compass to get a Clarity Letter?
No. You can use the Relationship Compass and the Clarity Letter separately, on your own or together. If you complete the Compass first and order from your result, your snapshot is included in your Clarity Letter.
How does the Clarity Letter work for two people?
One person orders and pays for the Clarity Letter, then chooses the option for two people. Each person answers three open reflection questions separately, and the second person receives their own secure link. If you have already completed the Relationship Compass, order from your pair comparison to include both snapshots. Within 24 hours of both sets of answers being complete, the person who placed the order receives the personally reviewed shared letter.
How quickly will I receive my Clarity Letter?
